We were thrilled to get a young puppy from our dear friend, Carol Laubscher (Regalia Akitas), who has famously bred beautiful Akitas with striking type for decades.

Prada is the pick of the litter out of one of US's top bitches, CH Regalia's Ultra Suede (BOS winner at 2014 Akita National Specialty). She is also double granddaughter and great granddaughter of CH Regalia's Fyrestone (one of the greatest producers in US), and great granddaughter of UKCH Redwitch Heaven Can Wait (one of the greatest producers in UK and UK's No. 1 Akita in 2006).

Growing up, Prada has amazed us with her lovely tempament, classic Regalia head piece, tremendous bones, awesome topline, wonderful angulation and amazing cat feet. She's such a late bloomer that we have waited for two years before we decided to show her.

The second time Prada hit the show ring, she took over the show by a storm! Over a large entry at the Albuquerque all breed shows and regional specialty, she took Best of Winners at the specialty, Winners Bitch, Reserve Winners Bitch, and Best of Winners for the rest of the shows. On one weekend, she earned three 4-point major with only a couple of points away from her championship! Even more exciting, her mama, Wenny, showed her all the way towards her Best of Winners.

The third time Prada was showed at one of the largest all breed shows in Scottsdale, AZ with over 1,500 dog entered. She took BOS both days and Select bitch and finished her championship with 4 straight majors and grand champion points over specials.

She then finished her Grand Championship over the regional specialty weekend with large entry of bitches and specials. Prada took back to back BOS at the regional specialties to US's No. 1 Akita!

We are especially proud that Prada took BOS at one of the most prestigious shows on the planet, Westminster 2017! It is a great feeling seeing this late bloomer reaching her full potential. She then went to Louiville shows with large breed entry, KY the following week and took BOS over the No. 1 bitch in the country.
